"For the first time we were given a room without a balcony. At reception we were offered a twin room with a balcony or a double bed. We didn’t realise there were rooms without balconies and we did miss sitting outside after our evening meal"

"No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year ..."
