"The room was very stuffy, NO A/C, only an old fan; a small elevator; the staff was a little bit helpful. They only provide few old worn out bath towels; you have to ask for toilet paper; it’s close to many coffee shops and restaurants and metro stations and buses; a lot of homelessness activities; very busy intersections so we hear sirens and trains all day."

"The air conditioning in my room did not work and the temperature in Paris was 39 degrees. I was promised that something would be done on the first night but nothing was done. They only offered me a fan on the second night.
The hotel manager refused to talk to me when the junior receptionist called him. They only changed my room on the third night and I was not offered a refund as the receptionist was not authorised to make a refund.
The manager was on holiday and I demanded that he should call...

"I liked about the area and friendly staffs- BUT: last night the elevator was stuck and went down to the basement. We’re scared so we got out. There’s no doors open or any elevators would open and running. It took a long time till we figured it out to press the emergency button on the side door so we could walk out to the steer and back to the hotel. That was the scariest experience ever!! Also there’s suspicious people lurking in the elevator as well. Thanks god we were safe. So Glad we left...
