"Le rapport qualité/prix pour cette région est excellent. Bien apprécié le déjeuner inclus dans le prix malgré qu'il manque un peu de places dans la salle à manger. Lit très confortable. Tout est très propre. Un excellent hôtel pour un court séjour de 2-3 nuits."

"Our stay at the Fairmont was one of the most refreshing customer service experiences we have had in years. The staff were exceptional at helping us make our stay amazing. My, now fiancee, proposed to me while we were there and the lounge bartender helped oordinate with the concierge to arrange transportation to and from the proposal destination. We came back to the hotel welcomed by staff applauding for us! We've never felt so special! Would highly reccomend !"

"I recently stayed at Le Westin in Mont-Tremblant. The property is beautiful, and my room had a great view. The hot sauna, pool, and jacuzzi are nice amenities. However, I cut my leg on an exposed corner of the jacuzzi. I reported it, but it wasn’t covered the next day. Despite the injury happening on their property, no manager or director ever followed up or apologized. The management’s lack of response was extremely disappointing.
