"When I first walked through the room, there were 3 big dead cockroaches in the room. The refrigerator was not plugged in and there was an inch of water in the bottom of the freezer which smelled. There were clothes left in the bottom drawer of the bathroom, panties, a shirt and shorts. There was a smear of something on the outside bottom of the toilet. When I came in my room for the night and tried to lock my door with the security latch, I couldn't because it was busted. I heard noises throughout the night upstairs so the room isn't sound proof as claimed. Saturday morning at 8 am they started moving and scraping furniture in whatever kind of room was above me and it terrified my 2 yr old. I did not feel secure or safe in my room. There were Mexicans walking around all hours even hanging out in the stairwell. The only reason I continued my stay is because I had family in the next two rooms."
