"Very little water pressure for shower that did not drain well. Beds make a loud crunching noise when you sit or move on them. Coffee maker in first room did not work. Elevator quit working one day and the stairs had dog poop on them. Heavy rain caused the parking lot to flood some, walk through 2-3 ..."

"We had to ask for extra towels, and there was no body soap in the shower or tissues in the box. Bathroom floor was not very clean. Beds were hard. The staff was very helpful and nice. They got things we needed. Overall it was a good experience."
