"Staff was very friendly and helpful, some accents and translations between certain staff was hard at times but overall a wonderful experience here. All of Hyatt amenities from dreams, imare(I think I spelled it correctly) and zoetry are all included during your stay which was a pleasant experience. Make sure to check activities between each resort via the app they have you download so you dont miss anything."

"We had an amazingly beautiful 😍ocean view, and a nice big pool. The apartment was clean and roomy. It had everything we needed. Just a small note, there was a kitchen but no stove only a cook top, which was fine. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. The beach is absolutely stunning it’s a 2 min walk from there. Umbrellas are 10$ and 7$ for a chair. There is also a small restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you want to explore the island, and the rest of their amazing beaches, then you will need to rent a car. The real positive thing about staying on the west side of the island is that you have the 3 of the most beautiful beaches closer by. The best one by far is Grote Knip beach which is an 8 min by car from Playa lagoon. There is a cliff you can climb and jump off from into the water. Bring beach shoes if you are not comfortable walking around on small pebbles or rocks. When you get into the ocean it’s all sand and super clear. Snorkeling gear is a must if you can bring, or you can always go downstairs from the hotel and just rent everything for as long as you need them. It was very convenient to have a dive shop on the premises. The city is about a 45 min drive, but so worth it if you want to experience some music, history, architecture, restaurants, shopping etc.. The closest grocery store is a 25 min drive. A special thank-you to Yuri that made our stay exceptional 🙏. And to Sunny for the car rental. Highly recommend this stay! 😃😃😃"
