From the moment I was picked up from the airport in the hotel car, handed a chilled bottle of water and given the wifi password for the car the luxury simply drenched me. The welcome at the hotel and my luxurious room were amazing. Breakfast staff greet you each morning, usually remembering my room number ( which is more than I could!) and that begins the day of calm and chill. I'll start with with the cons .... the cost of taxi to go into town and back is 1500 baht do that daily and it'll hurt your pocket .... but wait at the entrance is car and bike hire a bike is 300 baht daily and car is 1200 price negotiable for longer hire. Pros..... everything else room was amazing.. two pools complimentary drinks in mini bar topped up daily ... breakfast buffet has everything you can think off!!!! Seafood buffet is a bit pricey but hey unlimited sushi for 1600 baht and thai...

We stayed in the honeymoon suite, it was very nice exactly what we needed! Hotel is nice staff is great, only thing we didn’t like was the lack of dining options and the surrounding area isn’t great - so would suggest taking a taxi or the shuttle they offer. It is close to Kamala beach, but to be honest, the beach was packed with sunbeds and vendors trying to sell you food and drink, not the vibe we were after.

Positives: This is an amazing resort. It is a bit dated but they have remodelled recently, making it like new. The exclusive beach makes it the best in Phuket. The price is high. But well worth it. Room is very clean. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Spa is very good. Swimming pool is great. You can spend all day in the clean beach with soft white sand and blue smooth waters. The buffet breakfast was very tasty and had a big spread. Negatives: Restaurants are pricey. Better to book room...

Relaxing location, quiet and away from major nightlife but enough bars and restaurants to choose from. Hotel itself is good and the pool areas well designed and maintained. Staff are superb. Room large (deluxe seaview) and always clean. It also had adequate amenities. Breakfast was OK but range of options was a tad limited. Beach access outside of rainy season will be great I'm sure. During it high tides and rough seas prevent meaningful access. That said the full Bangtao bay is wonderful.
