"We are long time users of Keystone properties and former owners. It is a nice unit. Kitchen is well-apportioned. Unit was clean. The unit is NOT air conditioned. The biggest issue with that is that the upstairs bedroom (with a queen and two bunks) is not usable during the summer. I tried sleeping up there with two fans to move air from downstairs to the upstairs but it didn’t work. There are no windows to open in that room. It was unbearably hot.
