"I reserved a room with a book now, pay at the motel with free cancellation. Cancellation had to be done the night before the stay. A family emergency occurred the day before my trip and I foegot to call. The day of my trip, before 10 am. attempted to cancel through Expedia. Baymont refused to allow cancellation and keep my $250.
