Next day property manager apologised and said they will give a call and find a solution but yet TANYA has not given a call and no action has been taken."

"Excellent in every respect. The facility was wonderful both inside and out. The amenities were excellent. The front desk staff and the buffet attendant were most personal, professional and extremely enjoyable to be around. The breakfast buffet was typical hotel food, but with one difference - the food was more than passable, it was delicioous. The room was clean, and cleaned daily, and the price was a bargain. I recommend Country Inn and Suites by Radisson - Braselton to anyone who wants luxury...

"Room was very roomy, clean and modern. AC worked great. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety….pancakes made fresh, warm cinnamon rolls, biscuits with gravy, cereals, yogurt, muffins, sausage, bacon, egg white omelette/vegetables, seasoned potatoes and more. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location to shopping and restaurants."

"First room had no power or AC. We were told they did not have another room with 3 beds so one of our party had to sleep on the floor. Elevators were sketchy. Lady at the front was rude about switching our rooms. It was just a terrible experience and we will not be starting here again."

"I was in town for a funeral and was only there for one night but had to be moved because the AC unit had a loud screeching noise in the first room. I was pleased with the second room until I found out that the lights near the bathroom sink/shower area wouldn’t come on but I was too physically and mentally exhausted to move again (I just wanted to shower and get some rest). I wasn’t too thrilled with the parking fee either. I love the ambience of the hotel but I don’t know if that balances the...
