"From the time I arrived until I left this was the best hotel stay I’ve had. Mae at the front desk made sure I had a newer room since I arrived too early for checkin. Even with a convention being held there, she made sure my stay was not interrupted. The room was nice & very clean. Just lovely."

"It’s in need of major TLC, elevator 1 is broken - according to staff. Being on floor 4, waited a while to get our families luggage up (4X). Wouldn’t recommend. Spend extra and go elsewhere "

"Place needs some serious maintenance. Door safety latch locked me out of my room, toilet roll holder was falling off the wall, low water pressure in the shower, old TV with no option for apps. "

"The front desk employee at check in did not speak very good English. The TV never did work and he told me he could not help me because he was working the desk by himself. Give me a break. He's the only employee on duty in the entire hotel!! I won't go there again!!"

She was professional, efficient, and very attentive during check-in, and she also kindly retrieved my bags that I had stored earlier in the day. I truly appreciated her helpful attitude and smooth handling of everything. The room itself was spacious and very clean, and most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable…exactly what I needed after a long day playing in a pickleball tournament. Overall, a great experience from start to finish."
