"It was a decent stay. The mattress wasn’t super comfy, but then again, it’s not my own. Otherwise, it worked really well and the room was large and clean!!"

"The hotel was rundown and it smelled terrible. The room smelled like a sweaty ranch hand rolled around on the carpet after working 12 hours in the Texas heat . The bedding smelled horrible, I had the change the bedding and it smelled just as bed. There was fecal matter in the toilet, the tiles are cracking and coming out of the floor in the bathroom, the flooring in the hallway has broken metal thresholds and exposed screws in the second floor. The breakfast was actually good, but I would personally prefer a hotel that values cleanliness over their breakfast. "

"Turned off heater/AC yet it continued to intermittently run noisily like a freight train approaching throughout the night. No refrigerator in the room. Soap containers in shower were not attached to wall. Water temp fluctuated. Price paid did not match the level of amenities "

"Not clean and in horrible condition. Stay away. Bugs and trash everywhere. No towels, no toiletries."

"This is a good, basic motel for a visit to Buffalo. Our specific room was in good shape and had plenty of space, though the overall appearance in and outside of guest rooms is somewhat stark and uninviting. It would be easy to fix that by selecting warm-light bulbs instead of the current very harsh blue-tinged lighting in the rooms!"

"I booked a stay got there late room was gone. There are men hanging outside the hotel. It is not a nice place to stay i will not ever stay!!! I would not recommend this REgency Inn to anybody. Bad atmosphere not safe!!!"
