"We stayed there for just two days during our trip. The staff was fantastic — attentive without being intrusive. We truly enjoyed our time. The outside pool area was closed for maintenance, but that’s expected eventually, so it’s not a big issue. The sleep was incredibly comfortable — like sleeping on clouds; I’ve never felt this rested! Unfortunately, the spa experience was disappointing. I had planned relaxing treatments with bubbly wine and candles, but I didn’t even get to that. When I inquired about availability, the staff looked annoyed when I opened the door, but I asked anyway. I was told the next opening was in two weeks. When I mentioned I was only there for two days and asked to be notified of cancellations, the staff member simply said “oh too bad” and rolled her eyes. A few years ago, I had a similar experience trying to book an appointment at that spa. Nonetheless, we will definitely return to the resort — I’ll just skip the spa. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
