"The beds were hard and sunken in. That was our only complaint with the room. The chafing dishes did not heat the breakfast food properly so breakfast was cold and thus pretty bad. The staff was nice and helpful. Diana was great."

"I cannot express enough how amazing the staff was at this Best Western!! I had been in an accident and found myself stranded. Upon check-in, Jill and Brittany were very kind and helpful. The next morning Shelby was also kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with even fresh fruit being offered. ..."
