"Hotel de diseño con vistas estupendas al Duero. Tiene dos piscinas pequeñas, y un gimnasio y spa también pequeños, pero suficientes. El restaurante Raiva ofrece una comida y un servicio excelentes. El sumiller, Pedro, se portó especialmente bien con nosotros, explicando los vinos de la región y teniendo un trato muy amable. El hotel ofrece diversas actividades, como paseos por el Duero, excursiones, etc. Un lugar estupendo para relajarse y desconectar unos días."

"We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a trip to be near Porto and the airport. Everything was great! We arrived late, at 9:30 pm but the restaurant was still serving food until 11 pm. It looks like you can get some kind of food at the hotel 24 hours, the bar menu says you can get some food, the book in the room mentions room service in the night and the restaurant opens again really early. "everything was very good and according to .4 stars hotels, room was 4+ . The only problem hotel is faced is the supply of hot water in shower at traffic hours. There are times not hot water in tabs and this need to get focus from management. Iam sure they know the issue. However our stay was perfect as location and hotel is superb. See you next time ! "

"I truly don't understand why this hotel has a lot of good reviews. It is definitely overrated from my point of view. First of all, tray charge is €8.50 for room service no matter what you order. The room service guy we called didn't tell us about the tray charge and charged us directly when serving food. He also delivered to the wrong room and we ended up waiting 1 hour for a french fries! The tray charge isn't shown in the digital menu (from QR code) either until you go to the final page. I...

"Beautiful hotel. The rooms were nice and the area very quiet. The dinner was good and the breakfast buffet exceptional. We were taking a Douro River cruise and the location was very close to the port. Taxis are readily available outside"
