"Super expérience en famille, l’équipe a vraiment été présente pour préparer notre voyage avant ( on a eu des modifications de planning) et ils ont tout fait pour nous aider. Ensuite lors de l’arrivée, le Check in était attentif très professionnel et agréable , avec en prime une carte de Florence détaillée avec les bonnes adresses de restaurants et glaces, avec le sourire.
