Other than that, the manager was helpful once called when we discovered that two of the lamps were not working, and that the door in the first room we were put in did not lock properly. So, he moved us to another room. The hotel was convenient located to where we needed to go. However, the hotel could use some improvements."

"The secure entrance door was broken, taken down and laying in the hallway so anyone off the street could (and seemingly did) come into the hotel through the night. The pool (why we booked the hotel) was closed. The air unit and hair dryer were broken. Basically were told it was too bad because all the local hotels were sold out for the event we were in town for."
