"Very convenient location, super close to the MTR station and shopping malls. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there's free dispensable cold water available which was great. The room was very small but it was enough for what I needed and most importantly it was clean. There is mold, rust, bed bugs, a terrible smell, and my room had a constant drip going from the ceiling. Men stand outside of the location harassing you daily as you come in and out.
