"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and a perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen had all of the pots/cutlery you would want, but it would be nice to have a simple salt/pepper. They have separate towels for the pool areas/beach, which was nice, but no wash cloths. "The hotel and staff are fantastic and we had a wonderful time. But I am unhappy with the $1000 deposit required at check in. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000. None of this made any sense to me and I was left with two $1000 receipts and only one showing a refund of $1000. I don't...
