"The location is probably 500m further than where I normally stay, but the quality of the room is far superior to others closer to the Cathedral. It is 1.1km walk to the Autobus station and took me 14 mins. If you want to go to the plaza major, it is 18minutes walk. Cathedral is 23 mins walk. Would I stay here again in preference to my last 6 x stays in Burgos.. ABSOLUTELY"

"This property is perfect for a stay in Burgos. You can walk to every point of interest. It has on site parking. The hotel is beautifully maintained as part of a former cloister. It is in an extremely quiet setting as well. The staff are all very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. I would highly recommend staying here while in Burgos."

"Great to have good air conditioning when needed. Parking and ease of access from the motorway is just perfect. Love the cafeteria attached to the hotel too excellent value quick food served by friendly staff. Plenty of petrol stations near too. Short taxi ride into Burgos historic centre but the free parking offsets this small cost. This was not my first visit and we will be back it’s an ideal two night stopover to visit Burgos."

"No nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Restaurant was closed on Saturday night. Restaurant food okay. Staff at restaurant good. The bar is not open until eight p.m. I think it should open at 1200 or, at the latest, around 1600 so that guests can refresh and have a drink after touring the lovely city of Burgos."

"Reception staff when I arrived took about five or six minutes to make eye contact even though she appeared to be just looking at a screen. The room was incredibly disappointing for the money we paid. The design was quite poor with very limited space to move around. To get from the left side of the bed to the bathroom, you had to dodge the frame of the bed as it was bigger than the mattress but because the wall was so close to the bed, you had to walk sideways! A similar situation in the bathroom where when you stepped out of the shower, you were practically on top of the toilet. This is my opinion is most definitely not a four star hotel. We were asked, after submitting an initial survey if we’d like to change rooms but at that stage we had only one night left. Breakfast wasn’t included in the (over) priced rate so can’t comment on their services in that regard. Having travelled all over Spain this hotel was one of the most disappointing for the price paid. I won’t be returning when I next visit the beautiful city of Burgos…"

"The broadband was no good i had to use my hot spot on my phone. The hotel was noisy. It was a good hotel at one time but not any more. Prices went up the service went down. I won't be staying there anymore"
