The hotel shows it's age, and I hate that there's smoking in the casinos. My eyes burned the whole time I was there.

The rooms are lacking no coffee maker or microwave, soiled couches south tower is soooo loud but it’s close to the pool? Bathroom has s so small you can’t shut the door and hole is n the toilet

Rooms were very clean but the air conditioner rattled and made noises all night, making it difficult to get any sleep. Never had a room air conditioner make that much noise.

We stayed there for 3 days on day one we got stuck on the elevator for a good 10 minutes. We then told the staff and they said “oh yea that one doesn’t work” 😑 but there were no signs on it or anything, they didn’t put one after we told them either. Also when checking in the staff was very rude didn’t really care for any questions we had. In my opinion it’s an overly absurd amount of extra charges that they do when you get there that you are no aware of. Disappointing

Everything is pretty good, just make sure to get a room that reflects on their pictures. Seems like we got a room that wasnt renovated with a super small bathroom. Otherwise would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom had items from the previos guest still in there. The shower was squealing every time you turn it on. Only a few of the elevators worked had to wait almost 20 minutes to get an elevator down to the lobby.

At check in we were offered a King smoking room. All other rooms were taken because of a festival in town. The front desk agent was rude and not willing to try for a solution other than us upgrading to a more expensive junior suite. We were already paying a premium for the room we had booked and paid for in advance. We eventually had to do the upgrade because the smoking room was disgusting. Our upgraded junior suite is a tired, outdated, beat up room with major noise issues due to Fremont Street. We offered to split the difference on the upgrade and were told that someone else will pay. WOW. Excellent customer service. We could have stayed at the Mandalay Bay for what we have now invested in this shabby room. The rest of the property is old and tired too. Stay away, better places to spend your money. The front desk person should find a different job where she doesn’t deal with people. She has very poor customer service skills.

No problem, just an overnight stay. The hotel is right at the end of Fremont Street, so lots to see as soon as you walk out the front doors.

Room was not very clean. Could not eat in restaurants due to smell of cigarettes from the casino. Complementary products were low quality and mislabeled.

Stayed at the plaza many times, Love it convenient location to Fremont Street like the pool need to be able to get coffee easier I don’t know if they have them at the bars where they have the slot machines maybe they do, but I have to walk all the way from the tower to Subway if I wanted to coffee and they don’t have Coffee maker in the room really the only time I want coffee is in the morning or right after I come in from drinking and it seems like when you want a cup of coffee you’ve got to go along way to get it and coffee should be easy at any property anytime of the day or night, but I do like the plaza would stay there again And probably will.

I could hear noises from outside, similar to a generator or turbine running. Additionally, I could hear everything from the neighboring room, including conversations and even the sound of using the bathroom. Moreover, there were trash item scattered on the floor of the room. It was a terrible experience.

Stayed here for only 1 night just to be close by to the Fremont experience . Worth staying to be right in the action and economical if youhave a budget . Its right at end of Fremont so not as loud area as Four Queens or Golden Nugget which are right in the middle of all the action . Rooms are alittle worn outdated but fine for our purpose .

This is an old hotel with older furniture in a very smoky casino with just okay staff. They are not the most nicest, they just move you along in the check in process and are done with you. Upon check in, we had asked the attendant if late check out was available because we had a late flight. She said they did for an extra $30 to check out at 4pm and $40 to check out at 6pm. We opted for the 4pm as our flight was at 7:00 pm. The next day house keeping told us to call the front desk which we did to find out we had to leave by noon the latest. They didn't honor what was offered the day before. Not surprisingly because they just move people along in that hotel. Our mistake was choosing that dump.

Pool music was way TOO LOUD. If you want a great view of Fremont then expect loud music until 2am. Otherwise ask for room not facing Fremont for quiet nights.
