"Pros: Clean room, outstanding breakfast. Cons: Not really pet-friendly (2nd floor room, away from back stairs), staff can’t explain how to open/close auto-blinds, slow wifi, heavy door, squeaking ceiling from people walking upstairs, can hear loud conversations from adjacent room."

"We stayed at this hotel in San Antonio for a family event and it worked out really well. The location was great, especially if you’re going between San Antonio and New Braunfels, everything felt about 20 to 25 minutes away which isn’t bad at all for a big city. Only a couple things to keep in mind, breakfast isn’t free so you do have to pay for it. "The hotel room was clean and orderly. The checkin and stay were pleasant. Breakfast was delicious with a few featured options. Staying so close to the construction wasn't great, but running the fan all night was helpful. We were pleased with the price and the hotel. There weren't any homeless people nearby. It was a great place to sleep. "

"I found this little gem trying to save a little money on a tournament weekend. The hotel was well-kept, our rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good and well-attended. There is a really pretty atrium that added a neat touch. It had a sense of personal ownership that reminded me of when hotels were run and managed by families. Great stay! "

"Wasn’t sure we had the right street at first, the location is wide open but there were plenty of places near enough to walk to if you wanted to eat out. Lots of construction going on so getting there changed from day to day, and there was a train track close enough to hear and see the train, but we slept very well, so if it came by at night, we didn’t hear it.
