"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."

"The apartment was nice, modern, and very clean, with new appliances and a comfortable bed. Overall, it felt well-maintained and offered good value for the location. However, there were a few issues during my stay. Some of the light switches were confusing and didn’t always work properly sometimes only certain combinations would turn lights on or off. The unit is downstairs, and noise from the upstairs neighbor (who was quite loud at times) made it difficult to sleep in or rest comfortably....

"We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use."
