"Upon arrival we were greeted with perfect service. Had a late check in and the night shift staff were very helpful and informative. Our room was a separate unit on top of the hill with the most amazing view. The property and area just gives you ultimate peace.. the view and the sunrise just gives the perfect start to your day.. Pool was excellent (missing many tiny tiles though) But the service, sun-beds and sunshine were just top notch . The main lady (think she was manager) was very sweet and helpful , gave us everything we needed . This hotel is the last one on the road, very secluded and peaceful.. i would return again."

"Thalassa Boutique Hotel is a very nice property. The rooms are a good size with a nice balcony. It offers two pools, a very nice outdoor bar/lobby and a wonderful restaurant. I would say the only setback was the construction right across the street from the hotel which made the road to the beach dirty and dusty. Honestly we found Costa Costa beach which is a 9 minute walk and we went there every day bc it was fabulous. The rooms are very clean. They change linens and towels every day and the cleaning staff is so sweet and friendly. They come into your room every evening, get the room ready for the night, leave Leonidas chocolate and water bottles Breakfast is included in the price and there are a lot of choices to pick from. The restaurant offers a Greek night with live music which we attended and had a lot of fun. It also hosts a barbecue night with a fixed menu and price. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you go to Kefalonia"

"The property is absolutely beautiful. Pool is stunning and views are wonderful. There is quite a hill to climb up to get to the property but there are lots of taxi's around to take you up the hill. There are shops and beaches close by and a bus stop at the bottom of the hill. Lassi tavernas are close by and Argostoli a short car/ bus journey away. If you go on excursions, many of the providers offer pickup from close by."

"I checked in very late and was very well taken care of when I arrived by the on-duty manager. The room was lovely and the hotel breakfast is delicious! The lobby is also a lovely space to sit in and read with a coffee. On tip--if you are hoping to arrange airport pickup you must call the hotel in advance. Emailing is not sufficient."

"We were at a wedding in Kefalonia. We initially checked into a more expensive place in town that was awful, and The Princess saved us. Saved the whole trip. It’s bright and open and floral with a great pool and bar. It feels like you’d imagine Greece to feel, and right across the street is Costa Costa, a fantastic beach with cabanas and bar/food service. The staff was so kind. Best bartender ever at night. The energy and people and pool and location were absolute perfection. The room? It’s a no frills basic European hotel room - on the small side, small balcony, fridge, desk, TV, and a shower/tub. I’ve been around the world and enjoyed all sorts of places, so I’m used to it and find it cozy/charming. Some might not, but if you came to Kefalonia to stay in your hotel room, why come at all? Thanks to The Princess for making a wonderful weekend even better. Would I stay here next time I come and will I recommend it to all my friends? Without a doubt."

"Apartment was very clean & cleaned daily. Had a kitchenette with 2 burners. Also had cookware, silverware, plates/bowls, & a hot water pitcher for teas/coffee. Apt furnished dish soap, sponge for washing dishes, paper towels & plenty of toilet paper. Showers were small, but manageable unless you are a very large person. (Husband is 6ft & 290 lbs & had difficulty getting in & out of shower, but succeeded!) Beautiful view from the back portico including table & chairs. They even furnished an ash tray on the portico table. (Husband is a smoker so that was a plus.) Staff was very friendly! Location was very quiet & had the sweetest kitty cats roaming the property. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our 25th Anniversary trip. The swimming pool was beautiful with plenty of sun beds. They even had a small playground for children."
