"5 Star rating from our family of 5! This was one of our favorites from the 4 countries we toured. Everyone from checkin, to daycare, to the bar and restaurant were super welcoming, outstanding service. The bar food and drinks were a favorite. Danai at the kids club was the best with kids- she was amazing! A real resort with sports club perks and ski in and out proximity and ice skating. We did not want to leave!"

"The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. "Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. We had an apartment just off the main building with a private bedroom, a large bed, and a single bed in the living area. The kitchenette was well-equipped for simple meals. Breakfast was excellent — fresh breads and great coffee — and there’s always hot coffee available downstairs.
