My 1st room smelled a lot like smoke and the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. After refusing a deodorizing room spray, I was moved to another room. Omni Shoreham Hotel
The front desk staff was very helpful during the check in process and changing of rooms. To no fault of theirs, we had to change rooms and I ended up in an hypoallergenic room which was perfect for me. Room was clean and had the most wonderful view. Room service was great.
