"My "Penthouse" room was great. Best room I have had in 40 years of paying for hotel rooms. The terrace was fantastic! The room service was excellent. The staff was always friendly and 90% bilingual! We used the kayaks. We swam. We used the hot tube and sauna. (The pool was too small to be usable with all the kids.) We ate at the restaurant a few times in our week there. I fell back on using room service when I did not have reservations at the restaurant. The bakery down the road is great, too. ...

"Careful with this property. The Expedia map does not show it on the right side of the river. They would not refund a booking despite the fact I couldn’t actually get to it in the evening. Expedia will not refund your money despite an error in their system. Poor customer service, bad property. Have to dispute with credit card company."
