"My husband, daughter and I stayed in a family room with Mountain View. I am still in awe of the beautiful view we had from our balcony. Absolutely stunning!!! Our room was very spacious with the master bedroom being separate from our daughter’s area. The breakfast was so so good and the staff was very friendly. If I ever come back to Switzerland, I will stay here again. It’s a bit of a walk to the train station, but they will come pick you up if needed. "

"The hotel has a commanding position in Wengen. The view of the mountains and valley are fantastic, and the common areas attract the guests to them. The hotel was clearly high-end decades ago, but has faded a bit. Some will find this charming, while others may not. The breakfast was excellent and should accommodate all tastes. The staff were outstanding, very personable and helpful."

"The hotel is within few minutes walk to train station. If you are driving, there's a secured underground car park. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast ladies are so cheerful which freshen our start of the day. Our balcony can see the snowcapped mountain! We were very happy at our stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Alpina. The staff are amazing, welcoming & friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The hotel has a beautiful view of Lake Brienz. "Location is great to get around Interlaken and explore either the city itself or grab a train to the surrounding areas. Breakfast was standard spread but also freshly made items on request. Everything was delicious. Staff were super helpful and pleasant, we had iffy weather and they had pamphlets on rainy/cloudy day options which we took advantage of. No issues during our stay since it was chilly but people did mention lack of AC in the summer being a problem - that said, we had many windows and...

"The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest."

"Hotel is in a great location!! The proximity to the train station, restaurants and shops was perfect for us during our stay. I do have to say that the beds and pillow’s leave a lot to be desired as far as comfort goes. They are definitely more decorative than they are practical for use. Interlaken and the surrounding towns are absolutely beautiful and we would highly recommend visiting the area."

"Its up the strip. The entire riom and hotwl decore is very nice. Breakfast was modest. Overall fair, but for the price you can probably get something better either up in the mountains or up the hill. "
