Exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with views of the famous waterfall! The staff was incredible, hard working, kind, accommodating and I can just keep going on and on. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was amazing! Beyond the spectacular location the staff was extremely helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel is so convenient next to the train station, bus stop for the valley, and the gondola. Breakfast was a delight. Overall it was an amazing time.

Beautiful 3-star hotel just cross the street from the train station. The room is clean with large patio and gorgeous mountain view. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and the freshest homemade bread. We also dined there for dinner, had rosti with mushroom sauce, cordon bleu, and dessert hazelnut cake, all was very delicious.
