"I love this hotel, I only stay here when I come to the city. However this time wasn’t so good. The room was HOT! The air was on, but was just blowing hot air. Horrible experience this time"

"There wasn't a breakfast bar, and the selection for in-room dining was not worth purchasing. There weren't any good eating options."

"A/C barley worked......only (1) elevator was working in a 24-story hotel. Had to wait 10-15 min. (or more) for elevator since only one was available. At one point it went out too and they had to have use freight elevator. Old and outdated....needs a complete facelift.....and new elevator system for sure. not a good experience. "
