Online bookings don’t allow for modification or a way to speak to a live agent, virtual assistant is no good when your only option is clicking the buttons listed. Asked the housekeeping staff for toilet paper as I was out, they told me no, sorry. Had to go get it from the front desk, who had no problem giving me 3 rolls."

"Basically the second room I was put into after the TV had no signal was poorly cleaned, bedside table and phone had not been cleaned from previous guest. Flooring between the two beds had not been cleaned was soiled and sticky. Ventilation and return air vents were heavily dirty with dust and possibly mold. The exhaust fan in bathroom so encrusted in dirt and dust didn't work. TV in second room didn't have a signal either and even after front desk rebooted did not have a signal Water...

"We were never able to get wifi, and the coffee pods were used. Which is ok considering that the accessory packs for coffee weren't refilled either. No cups either, but if that's the worst thing, everything else was pretty good. Multiple options for eating, if you need a quick snack there's vending machines with microwave meals"
