Room is spacious and was ideal as it had a fridge and air con and the temp was 30 degrees outside so we got to go back and relax in the room with the air con. Stayed here a few times now and would highly recommend."

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very convenient for the city centre, shops, restaurants and the train station, which made everything really easy. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and check-in was smooth and efficient. "Very good experience. Professional and helpful staff. Clean, well-equipped room, slept quite well, no outside noise (even though the England v Mexico football match was in the early hours). Very well situated hotel, right next to train station - again no noise apparent. Very good buffet breakfast. Enjoyed it and will be back."

"The room was clean but the bath was chipped so looked dirty and it made me concerned about germs. I was disappointed in the lack of toiletries. I wanted a bath but the soap was attached to the wall at the height suitable for a shower so it was impractical for bath users. Bar was nice and food was delivered promptly."
