"Best location in Cartago for a hotel. Beds are not Marriott but they are clean and rooms are big enough for 3-4 people. The restaurant is good and not very expensive. The breakfast is nice and when they have the outdoor breakfast bar is probably my favorite experience of this hotel. If you’re going to be in Cartago, this is the best place to say. Very reasonably priced. Most of the staff is bilingual in Spanish and English."

"The door key every single time I went from the lobby to the room had a reset, when I checked in door, keys and work air-conditioning didn’t work every time I come to this hotel it gets worse"

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado para los doctores que van a endoscopy academy tiene puntos que puede mejorar. pero puedo decir que la comida es muy buena y el trato fue muy agradable tiene algunos problemas con las llaves de acceso que siempre se desprograman pero ellos siempre esta muy dispuestos a cooperar para reconfigurarlas me, me gustaría un poco mas de variedad en el menú de desayuno para los que están más de 4 días yo me hospede por 11 días y el desayuno fue un poco cansón. Por lo demás...
