"We loved how close to downtown Traverse City (Front St) possible to walk but they did have a shuttle that we enjoyed using. All of the staff were friendly! Breakfast provided, usually free hotel breakfast food. The beachfront area was very nice. Rooms were clean"

"This stay was a home away from home. We had a 3 night stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful room. Even though it is located on a busy street, we did not hear the traffic in our room. Room was clean, and housekeeping attended room daily. We will definitely visit again."

"We were warmly welcomed and allowed into our room early, which was very nice after a long day of traveling. We were also upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice. The hotel’s front desk, staff were very friendly, helpful, and gave great suggestions. There’s a nice gym and indoor pool, and the restaurant was top-notch. the rooms are very clean, but also very basic and a little dated. But they’re in good shape. Our room faced the street, so there was more street noise than we expected. It was easy to walk into downtown Traverse City and the hotel is pretty close to a park with a beach on Lake Michigan."
