Property was clean. Entry to the beach closes early (5:00pm). We ordered a snack (hotdog and fries) it took an hour to serve and the reason given was they only have one cook.

The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Room 103, where we stayed for 2 nights, was quite smelly, like a sewer smell coming from the toilet.
