It was

This a fantastic, unique property. If you like old and interesting buildings with an eclectic mix of antique furniture this is the one. The beds were so comfortable and the whole place so clean. The owner was so helpful, little touches such as some food items, chocolates and fresh flowers just added to the experience. There is a coop and a couple of patisseries within two minutes walk. Good value

Hosts were so hospitable. They were friendly and helpful throughout our one night stay. The apartment was clean and the breakfast was wonderful and in an ideal setting of a grand kitchen dining room. The location and accommodation oozes tranquillity and calm.

Every was perfect

This hotel is amazing. It is about 20 minutes from Neuchatel at the bottom of a gorge by a river. The location is peaceful and scenic. The staff here are superbly hospitable. The room was very spacious and clean with a big bathroom. If you are wondering about the lack of curtains (there are net curtains), you need to use the shutters which are very effective. The hotel is well-located for central La Chaux-de-Fonds. The staff were helpful in providing us access after hours (our flight was delayed and its not a 24hr reception). The rooms are large, but fairly basic (about what you would expect the money). The continental breakfast and coffee were pretty good.

All good

One night stay while visiting local business. Room was warm and comfortable. Spent a few hours working at desk with beautiful view of Alps out the window. Enjoyed lunch, dinner and breakfast at the attached restaurant and food was delicious. Very pleasant stay and well recommended.

Great view, room is very spacious. The rooftop is really good - suggest booking.
