"No one at check in @ 17.00pm Booking in machine would not recognise my booking despite me having already paid. Was waiting 30 minutes for someone to turn up. Breakfast should have been at 06.30am but was not open until 06.45 and the manager was still in pyjamas hair not brushed. Not very professional. ..."

"Nice little stop hotel, reservations for dinner was a bit odd as we couldn't eat & only have a drink in the restaurant area due to be 'no reservations left' but, for the hour 30 we were there, 3 tables were taken of maybe 12 for the entire time.
