"Restaurant is a machine dispensing microwaveable ready meals. Lots of the electrical points were broken. No onsite presence. We had hoped for better than a cheap budget hotel chain offering."

"The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. "We loved our stay so much we booked another night for the trip back. Albi is a beautiful village and the hotel is situated perfectly. On a more quiet street but very walkable to the cathedral, musée de Toulous-Laurtrec, the new walking bridge (very scenic), restaurants and more. The hotel has beautiful spacious rooms that are well equipped. The restaurant (be sure to reserve it books up) was phenomenal. "This is a beautiful property with excellent hosts who make you feel warmly welcomed. They showed us a route to go for a morning run, recommended a brilliant restaurant (Aster - have the aubergine it’s declicious!) and make the breakfast all by hand with local ingredients. It’s a superb stay and highly recommended. "

"The hotel had friendly and polite staff. Lots of amenities available e.g tennis court, crazy golf, table tennis and bikes available if wishing to cycle within the surrounding area. There was also a swimming pool with a patio to the rear of the building however this was never used, weather was only sunny and hot on the day of our arrival but the pool was dirty.
