"The hotel was great and has an authentic atmosphere. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of things one could choose. The location is also very good, because it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the square 'Stare Misto' and the hotel is situated in the Jewish neighbourhood of Krakow. Parking can be a bit difficult because you have to park on the street and pay a parking fee. However, if you plan trips during the day it's not a big issue. "

"The room was super cozy and clean, recently renovated. The residence is near the city center, just 10 minutes with the tram. I especially loved the fact that in my room there was a spiral notebook with all the necessary information for my stay and suggestions for restaurants, pizzerias etc (I went to DaGrasso pizzeria in front of the residence and pizza was scrumptious). Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. If for any reason you need an elevator, there is none (as far as I know)....

"I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. "Loved the extra touch’s provided by this lovely hotel. Free Coffee, tea & water 24/7. Free bike hire & spa. Each bedroom has an integrated tablet to control lights etc and with its own WiFi. Extras like avocado on toast served to your table. Friendly helpful staff in a very clean hotel, in an area easily accessible for all the best places in Kazimierz and Krakow old town. "Room was clean, comfortable and beautiful, staff was super attentive and breakfast was also very good. Hotel has a perfect location, very close to old town (for us like a slow pace 15 minutes straight walk from the hotel). The advantage of being located outside of the main touristic area is the quietness, you don't feel noise at night. I didn't feel unsafe walking to and from the hotel to the diff places. I recommend it for sure and will stay there next time I am in Krakow. "
