"Exellent location, clean spacious room. "

"Room spacious in a nice area not to far from the river and castle plus public transport ice independant caffees around ect would deffo stay again value for money"

"Monika was a great host. She was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions and super friendly. She was showcasing traditional Polish hospitality- not to mention how she was great was a breakfast - real bonanza. I highly recommend this place. Location is perfect for those who want to browse city center and access to public transportation is very easy. Perfect getaway."

"Excellent cosy room, lovely welcome and great breakfast. Value for money and will be back thanks so much. As a hotel manager myself I recognise good hospitality"

"A little deceiving! The building in the pictures is the one across the street from the actual place you stay. Not super clean but serviceable. Helpful staff!"

"Very friendly people, the best service ever, home atmosphere "

"Great location, close to main attractions like Thermal Baths and restaurants. Very clean hotel, fab breakfast. We had a room for 5 people with comfortable beds, AC and a balcony. Definitely recommend for everyone."

"Great location "

"Great hospitality, amazing breakfast, helpful staff. We enjoyed our visit."

"Friendly stuff, nice spa area with sauna, fitnes and nice small swimming pool."

"The information about the hotel said onsite parking options include a garage. This was NOT true. We had to park 200+ meters away in a public garage and pay to park. Very expensive garage! Handheld shower head was broken."

"Miła spokojna okolica.Ok"

"Super friendly staff accommodated our late arrival. Room was very clean, nicely decorated. Delicious food as well!"

"Nice place for 3 stars "

"Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

"The photos are misleading, they show a different facility than the one we slept in... We've got room in other (older) building with not so good conditions. The room smelled very badly of sewage, we had to ventilate it a lot. Breakfast, on the other hand, was really delicious, it compensated us for the disadvantages and we generally remember the trip well. Someone very talented takes care of the breakfast food there."

"Really enjoyed my stay at Willa Cztery Pory Roku. About 25 minutes from start of Kościeliska Valley , and 15 minutes drive from Zakopane. My only negative point is that only one sachet of 3in1 coffee and one sachet of wild strawberry was at the room (i was staying 3 nights). And no cup , just a glass. But overall i had a really good stay."

"This was a real get away from it all whilst still being near the city. The staff go above and beyond to help and support their guests. There was lovely food provided for us in the fridge when we arrived at the little cottage. The only downside was that there were no curtains in the bedroom. Whilst I love being in the woods and seeing and hearing the birds, I did not enjoy being woken up at 4am, with the sunlight and heat streaming through the window. Please supply some curtains, they need not be...

"Great location. Next to the slopes and the big hotel with the thermal baths / water park. Great breakfast. Would love to have dinner in the hotel but it closes at 6pm"
