My wife and I had a two night stay at the Gateway Inn and we were very comfortable. The room was nice and very clean and we had two very good nights rest.
Every staff member we met was very nice, helpful and really respectful. The lady who checked us in was a little gem, she was lovely!

We had a warm welcome at check in, with helpful suggestions of where to eat & have a drink. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable & secure, with ample parking out front. The property is set in picturesque surroundings, with good amenities a very short walk away. Breakfast was just what was needed to set you up for the day, scrambled egg, sausages, biscuits & gravy, cerial, yoghurt, coffee tea & juice & plenty of it.

Well maintained old school motel. Central location. WiFi wasn't great in my room but worked well nearer the router (so don't take the far room from reception if fast WiFi is needed)

Super value for money. Great location. Right next door is a decent Italian for eat in or take out. Short walk to the river where we were lucky enough to see a couple of deer. Supermarket and drive thru takeout’s easily walkable, as is one bar with many games to play. Staff member recommended another bar, short 20 minute walk through the town to their great range of local beers. Great for a stop.
