The comforters were very thin, so when the air conditioner was blowing cold, we were freezing. "We really enjoyed our stay at The Rivet! The onsite restaurant was incredible and the staff were wonderful. The room was well appointed and the bed was so comfortable. If you’re a light sleeper request a room on the side of the hotel that is not next to the train tracks. Otherwise, I highly recommend it and would stay there again!"

"The Gillen House is a perfect destination if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway that is close to Athens and not too far away from Atlanta. The hosts, Edward and Cynzia, were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The food at breakfast was excellent. Especially the steaks and sides that we had for dinner on our arrival evening. The room was spotless and perfect. We definitely enjoyed our stay!"
