"Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that."

"I booked this room for location, price on a last minute price/availability needed stay, and after reading reviews that were positive. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what the positive reviews were based on. If it was on the bed alone, I agree, it was a clean place for me to lay my head for 7 hours. But the entire hotel was old, the rooms are in desperate need of repairs and cleaning. The bathroom ceiling was full of black mold. And for a non-smoking hotel, the hallways all reeked of cigarette smoke....

"We stayed at the Comfort Inn Geneva in a room with a king bed and sofa bed, booked for four people (2 adults and 2 children). Unfortunately, our stay got off to a disappointing start. When we arrived, only the king bed had been made. The sofa bed hadn’t been pulled out or prepared, and we were told housekeeping had already left for the day. "The bed was very comfortable and the room was okay - at least I felt safe. However, checking in was awkward because I arrived 20 minutes before check-in time and was told by someone at a kiosk that they needed to see if the room was ready and would call me. So I had to sit in my car and they never called me. So I had to go back in and find out. Normally, hotels will let you check-in a little early, since most people check out early too.
