Very comfortable and modern room well located

Very comfortable, clean, modern, and very well located in a nice neighbourhood of Lima. Next to the Cultural Centre of a very prestigeous univesity where many events are held. Definitely, a very good choice. The only request could be to have a fridge to store some small food items.

We arrived Lima in a early check in, which was no problem as Juan from customer service arrange It for us for a extra small free. Disappointed

The location was good, but the room condition was no great. Not enough water pressure either. Limited communication from the company (never responded to our messages), just automated messages. We stayed 6 nights, but no housekeeping, no fresh towels. Had only one very small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash for two. Also, had some flying bug issues. We can of course speak from our experience only. Maybe some of the rooms are good since they have good reviews, but we cannot recommend the room we stayed.
