"The air conditioning didn't cool properly—we were hot—there was dust everywhere, the towels were dirty, there was no trash can, the shower curtain was dirty, the drains were clogged, the toilet was leaking from the bottom, the TV had no remote and a broken screen... truly a disappointment; we didn't feel safe, etc."
