Not great ,, if stopping in Limoges stay in the to
Needed to be at the airport for early flight and this is only hotel at the airport, room was small but ok bathroom was small but ok .. the worst thing was the smell a musty unpleasant smell,, we had to leave the window open all the time we were there . a friend was in a different room and he said his room was the same.. we never saw a member of staff at the hotel till the following morning our key was left on the reception desk as was all the other peoples stopping at the hotel

I booked two rooms and informed the hotel that we would be there at 2145 as the plane was late. I was informed that there was 24 hour reception stat and when we arrived reception was closed and there was no way of entering the hotel. I called both numbers provided but they went to voicemail and I was still charged for both rooms. I complained and asked for a refund and this was denied. I will be speaking to the relevant ombudsman. Terrible experience all round. Do not use this hotel.

bonjour Mr nous sommes très étonnés de votre commentairela réception n'est nullement ouverte 24H/24H, nous ne comprenons pas où vous avez vu ces horairesde plus, nous vous avons contacté plusieurs fois vendredi et samedi par message via expedia;vous informant que la réception était ouverte de 11h à 19h.et nous vous avons envoyé le code d'accès de la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel.nous sommes donc très surpris de votre commentaire qui n'est pas justifié.Cordialement

We booked this property close to the airport as it advertised restaurant facilities. When we arrived, we were advised that the restaurant is the one at the airport - however, we then learnt that this facility only opens for lunch. So please be aware if you are planning to stay for dinner - you will need some mode of transport to get it! We had some supplies from our travels, so we consumed them instead that night....Breakfast however was served in a continental style - basic but all you need. The lady at reception was able to serve some drinks and we also got a kettle for the room - she was very helpful. The room did the job for one night and it was quiet due to the airport closing evening and night.

We did not like the property. We arrived after 21:00 and we could not even get a cup of tea. Staff very unhelpful not even tryingvto get us anything to drink after a 7.5 hour journey. Room was boiling hot, no air conditioning nor was the window left open to cool down the door. OVERPRICED for what was offered not to mention breakfast.

This hotel served its purpose well as a place to stay after an evening arrival at the airport. The staff were welcoming, the room clean and the restaurant food was of good quality at a reasonable price.

Handy place for an overnight stay
Very handy for a quick overnight stop off. Clean and tidy, comfy bed, good shower, safe parking, and a good price too. Only very slight niggle was the lack of a kettle in the room for my early morning cuppa!

Perfect for early morning flights
ok for an overnight stay if you have an early morning flight. Hotel is right next door to the airport. The rooms are small and basic but clean.

Convenient for the airport.
A basic no frills hotel at a realistic price. Desk space very limited in room 25 which made it a challenge to work. It was very clean and has the benefit of a pool. The restaurant located upstairs in the airport is excellent and good value for money. If I was working at the airport again I would definately stay ther.

Very handy for the airport but not in a heatwave! Ground floor rooms with no air con and no windows to open. It was like sleeping in a sauna.

Stayed here for one night it’s ok food at airport restaurant was very good. Room was the cheapest available and was clean but very hot. Friendly staff excellent location for airport with free parking.

A good choice if you want to get a flight next day
Small rooms and not very clean. Another bin and having tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been helpful. Pity that we could not use the swimming pool. The weather was excellent to use it but they said it is not ready yet! The lady who was at the reception on 1st June night was very helpful. Breakfast is not cooked, but OK.

Ideal for airport
Easy walk to terminal, so ideal for early flight. Room small, but clean and modern. Tea and coffee facilities in room would be a nice addition. We arrived about 9pm and had to wait about 10 mins for receptionist, but she was very pleasant and helpful, as were all other staff.

Excellent hotel for Airport stays
The hotel was clean and the stay very welcoming. The rooms are basic , I found the beds to be extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting somewhere to stay before an early flight.

Best feature - proximity to Limo Bellegard airport
Overnight stay prior to early morning flight. Room comfortable except for lack of air conditioning. The fact that it was on the ground floor at the end of a glass corridor and the only opening was the door (no windows at all) meant that I could get no air into the room. The temperature during the day was 36°C and around 32°C during the night. No sleep for me! Breakfast was basic but adequate. Dinner in the restaurant within the airport was adequate but not exciting. Best feature was being able to walk across the car park to the airport in the morning.

Hotel is in a great location for the airport, it is basic but clean and comfortable. The restaurant for your evening meal is at the airport and the food is very good. The breakfast is at the hotel and was a complete let down and waste of money. The rooms are not air conditioned, which normally would not be a problem but we stayed when it was 32 degrees so the rooms are very hot!

Very convenient for the airport, which is what I wanted. Room not particularly spacious, but then there was only me in it ! Lovely deep bath, but the shower head didn't work and the water wouldn't stay in the sink,( ill-fitting plug ! ) Wifi in the room very useful. Decent TV. Breakfast good for France ( no bacon and eggs here you know ! ). Overall good for the money.

The fact that there is no food available, it was disappointing as we had to take a sandwich from the airport (it was the end of the day and there was no choice as there were only two left) and we did not pick up our hire car until the next morning so we were stuck. Our stay was convenient. Breakfast was adequate.

Over night stay. Close to airport. Lovely staff,room very adequate. Breakfast enjoyable. Excellent, adequate swimming pool. Only downside was the restaurant at the airport, which apparently is owned/ managed by the hotel. Very limited amount of food available in the evening even although flights were arriving. However the food we did have was adequate.

Walking distance from Limoges airport
Arrived at 9pm hotel very accommodating when we asked for a ground floor room as I have walking difficulty. My husband asked if there was anywhere to eat but there wasn't but they made us a toasted cheese and ham sanwhich nicely presented in a box with salad serviette and dressing. My husband also was able to buy a bottle of wine from them too. All not expensive and very welcome. Breakfast was very nice and u served yourself It set us up for the day. The room had everything we wanted, immaculately clean, shower was powerful too, we were very pleased with the service and the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I wouldn't let my dog stay here.
What a disgusting hotel, the hotel was very basic. There was no plug for the bath and no shower curtain with considerable mould on the walls and the sink was cracked. The room had minimal basic furniture and felt dirty and unkempt. Breakfast was basic and not worth the money.

Close to the airport after a long journey.
Booking was easy. Confirmation efficient. Personal requests prior to arrival dealt with efficiency. The staff so friendly and accommodating. Only negative points are that it was very hot in the room at night and no air conditioning. We had to leave the door open. Also the TV channels were very few. We also had no shower product, it was empty. We managed with our own. But we felt very relaxed and comfortable, however there weren't enough pillows on the bed. Only one each! Breakfast was lovely, the staff very helpful. 5 stars from me. Well done!
