The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent, something we really appreciated after a long day of traveling. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant. Palacio de Santa Inés hotel

8/10 Good

"The location of this hotel is excellent. It is right in the middle of the World Heritage area and therefore easy to walk to everything of interest. It is an old building which has its maintenance challenges and accommodation quirks (no external windows on some rooms as it’s built like a riad). Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The welcome wine was a nice touch."
