"Photos online look better than actual room and property. Upon arrival, I requested a first floor room so my ailing husband wouldn't have to climb the stairs. I was told only a manager could change room assignments. I checked back a little later and was told the same thing by a different employee. Also at check-in, I wasn't told breakfast times or Wifi information. I looked up the breakfast times online (which was incorrect), so the next morning we arrived at 9:05 and was told breakfast was over, so no food for us. Additionally, the carpeted floor in the room had a couple sticky spots, and there were cobwebs in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable. All in all, a disappointing stay..."

"Worst time of my life saying at this place, the hot tub was broke when we arrived. Our suite was not ready then they gave us a room and then when we got to the room, it was filthy. Dirty was never made up then we had to go back and get keys for the another room they’re going to give us and then they said the next day we’ll have our suite walked up. The staff did not know nothing about it and then 20 minutes later they called and says all we got the suite ready but it’s upstairs and we’re just gonna put a roly bed in there so we just told them to bring it down here in the room we’re in already and it does not have an elevator so I will never stay at this place ever again"
