"This is not the Boston Harbor Hotel. It is a simple, clean, quiet and cost-effective place to stay in Greater Boston. We are commuting from here into the city for medical care. A place with a full kitchen, no noise and a pleasant landlord is just right. There's a friendly little Central American store next door with basic necessities plus interesting ethnic foods. Plenty of Asian restaurants within walking distance, plus a fine Greek place."

"Our stay was okay overall. The location was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was also very friendly. However, the hotel had an awful smell from the moment we walked into the lobby, and it got even worse as we made our way to the third floor, where our room was located. I’m not sure if the smell was coming from the carpet or a plumbing issue, but it was absolutely HORRIBLE and made the stay less enjoyable."

"This is a nice, conveniently located, fresh, new property. When you walk in, you think - I chose wisely, this will be money well spent. And then you peek behind the curtains, and discover that this property is barely functional as a hospitality business.
I checked in, and went to my room. I wanted to clean up and take a nap after a grueling travel day. Five minutes in, I discover the hard way that the toilet was broken, and nobody was available to come fix it for several hours.
