"This could have not been a more perfect place to stay. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, bars, the markets and more. I felt safe the entire time, my room had everything that I needed. The staff were so kind, friendly, and welcoming. I didn’t want to leave. It was quiet with the perfect amount of space, getting deliveries was a piece of cake. The room was spotless, everything was so clean. I would recommend this 100000%"

Called the number explained the situation said they would handle next day no internet and no communication. By night we had internet. We decided to leave early informed them. Never hear back. Scanned the QR code to check out as we left. Went on app and checked out. Never heard anything. Otherwise. Great location. Clean apartment. Not a lot of extras. Had to buy large laundry detergent because...

"The property is right in the middle of Alfama which makes it beautiful, but incredibly hilly. Tram 28 runs right outside and it goes throughout the night and can get quite noisy - I sleep with earplugs and they did the job! Aside from the tram, it’s a nice and quiet neighborhood with great restaurants and shops nearby with incredibly kind workers."
