"It was a bit hard to find the hotel when we first got there because there isn't an obvious sign out front but I recognized the front from the pictures I saw. This is an older building that was turned into a hotel so there are certain inconveniences you have to tolerate. For example, walls and floors are thin so you can certainly here people outside of your room, and there is no elevator. We liked the uniqueness of the hotel and loved how helpful the staff were when we arrived. What was a bit...

"Staff were rude. Elevator takes forever and is very small. The hotel is cute, and room was clean with functioning air conditioner. Wouldn’t go back again though. Especially because tram stops in front, so hard to get Grab/Uber."

"This hotel is in a very vibrant pedestrian neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and switched us to a room on the first floor when they saw I was walking on crutches, so I only needed to go up one set of stairs instead of three. Our room was at the back of the hotel so we didn't have any noise complaints from the busy streets. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable."
