Great relaxing place

This was a great place to explore Sintra and surrounding towns and beaches. The property was clean and very nice, excellent outdoor space, and very very peaceful. I wish we had more time to relax on the property but we were only in Sintra for two days. Next time we’ll plan for a few days to chill at the pool. Highly recommended.

The property owners are lovely and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The downside was how isolated the place was from everything. But that can be seen as a positive if you want an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the tourists.

Mysigt och välkomnande

Vi bodde på Quinta do Pe Descalco under 6 nätter i slutet av oktober, 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Vi hade en väldigt fin vistelse, våra rum var väldigt rena och fräscha och städades varje dag. Frukosten var god; nypressad apelsinjuice varje morgon, nybakat bröd, hemmagjord plommonsylt, yoghurt, färsk frukt och god ost och rökt skinka. Varje morgon fick vi även något gott bakverk. Jag hade kontaktat boendet i förväg och fick glutenfritt bröd, även det smakade mycket bra. Ägarna var väldigt trevliga och serviceinriktade, vi fick tips på utflyktsmål och restauranger. Allt var mycket bra, sängarna var dock i hårdaste laget.

Gastvrij en ontspannen sfeer.

Heerlijk verblijf! Hartelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Ontbijt met goede producten. Mooie rustige groene omgeving. Veel bezienswaardigheden op korte afstand. Ons verblijf van 3 dagen was te kort om alles te zien. Snelle treinverbinding met Lissabon. Auto is wel handig voor uitstapjes maar Ricardo gaf aan dat er ook vervoer te regelen is naar diverse bezienswaardigheden.
